Future MP Ammar Houri called on the Lebanese security forces to fully carry out their duties, adding that the bouts of violence in Lebanon since May proved that the Doha Agreement has not been fully implemented in many places, and there were still security gaps in many regions.
After meeting with Prime Minister Fouad Siniora on Monday, Houri renewed his support to the PM and called for everyone to avoid provocative statements and acts regarding the premiership.
Houri discussed with Siniora the letter seven March 14 MPs presented to President Michel Sleiman in which they suggested an amendment to the constitution that the whole parliament must agree on anything related to the partition of Lebanon or the nationalization of Palestinians.
