The Voice of Lebanon (VOL) radio station reported on Monday that there is bumper-to-bumper traffic at all the main entrances to Beirut.

Traffic was also heavy on the Jounieh-Antelias highway and the sea-side road from Khaldeh toward Beirut, said VOL.
