The National News Agency (NNA) reported on Saturday that two Zahle prison detainees, identified as Talal al-Braidi and Mohammad Kamal Kasar, used broken pieces of a sink they destroyed for self-injury.

The prisoners were transferred to the Riyaq Hospital for treatment, and security members deployed throughout the prison’s divisions to prevent any possible repercussions, added the NNA.
