Ten Fatah al-Islam members arrested and charged in Lebanon
November 18, 2009

Government Commissioner to the Military Court Judge Saqr Saqr charged 10 Fatah al-Islam members – three Lebanese nationals and seven Palestinians – with forming an armed gang aimed at plotting and executing terrorist attacks, monitoring UNIFIL’s activity as well as forging money and identification cards.

Saqr then transferred the case to Military Investigative Judge Fadi Sawwan, who is expected to interrogate the suspects on Thursday.
